Victimpool FC - Klopp leaving, grown men crying

According to the Scousers, all the media hate them and especially SKY. All part of the FootballFergie Association conspiracy to keep Liverpool down and deny them the titles that are rightfully theirs.

I know plenty of Liverpool fans who act like we have no business being above them. We only finished above them last season because of Bale.

If you want to list players that caused us to finish above them last season, you're far better off starting with their lot.

Just read the sports news and I see Liverpool hogging the headlines with Rodgers, Suarez and Sterling all in denial! (Last one on assault charges)

They will be dangerous this year, with or with out Suarez. Some of the football they played last season was breathtakingly fast and fluid. And with Coutinho and Sturridge now fully settled into the side, they'll have no trouble scoring goals.

Conceding them, however: that will be the facet of their play that brings them down this season. Agger and Skrtel have both stagnated as footballers, I'm not even going to mention Toure, and a lot will depend on how Lucas shields the central defense. Don't think he'll be able to keep it up the whole season, so ultimately they'll probably finish 6th. Probably give us an extremely difficult game or two, though.

They did look good. Aspas looks neat too.

They should sell Suarez and buy a commanding centreback and someone like Luis gustavo

I agree with that.

Rodgers has started acting a bit mental in the press at Liverpool, but he still impresses me as a manager. In several areas they progressed more than us on the pitch last season and if they can keep (happy) or adequately replace Suarez I think they will be a good challenger for a top 4 finish.

They have been very good defensively in pre-season but then again it IS pre-season. They will do very well this year.

Of course Liverpool will give us a good game, but they won't finish above us. That's the first of my two Mumorn style guarantees. The other being we won't finish above scum

Except in the one that matters: wins.

Without Suarez Liverpool will be a mid table side. Sturridge is decent, but he'll inevitably start sulking when/if he's not allowed to play as a striker.

These days they are nothing more than a name. A lot of people seem to think they will finish above us purely because they are Liverpool, regardless of the squads.
