It reeks of incredibly poor planning and panic. They are the only people in Britain not to have seen this coming.

Not necessarily. Putting something like this in place will need the civil service. They're both leaky as a sieve and politically opposes to the government.
 
Whilst we're waiting on the news, anyone fancy a spread bet on what time the teaching unions will come out and insist that we can't possibly expect their members to work for a living?

Not saying the National Education Union are the enemy within, but their logo is genuinely a coronavirus. Hiding in plain sight.
 
If the R rate started to really move up on the 18th September, why wait 6 fudging weeks to do something, fudging cretins
 
From that heat map, does that show teenagers and young adults are the worst infected? aka Universities.
