Game of thrones thread

And again he was awesome in the scenes in the cell. Less showy but still fine fine work.
Hard to believe that the scene with him and Oberyn was the first day's work for Pedro Pascal playing that character. He is absolutely nailing the Viper, clearly relishing the role he's been given.

Seriously?! ****, nice! He's doing really well. Can't say I noticed the character all that much in the books, but he's a beast in the series. First day, you say? Damn. :)

I know the ending tends to supersede what happened in the previous 55 mins but may I add that Nathalie Emmanuel aka Missandei is UBER HOT - perfect body

Wish I could go back to a point where I hadn't read the books so I can react like everyone else. It sucks knowing what's coming as you're watching it :(

I thought the show differed from the books or is it just little things that differ?

Just a lot of minor things that I've noticed. I might be forgetting stuff too, but I'm pretty sure (spoiler concerning the 7th episode of season 4)
the murder of Lysa was witnessed by the musician/jester in the Eyrie, who was then blamed by Baelish and Sansa for the murder, and subsequently punished for it (thrown through the moon door). It also took Brienne and Pod a whole lot longer to figure out where Sansa might be, they searched lots of cities for her before they met the baker kid.

when I was watching the Lord of the Ring Movies I was glad I had not read the books, it made it cool not to know what was coming up. But I got into GOT so much i read the books last year. I dont regret it. Its the fastest i have ever read an books, i was captured, i enjoyed every page and loved reading them. So Im happy i did. The TV series is just the icing on the cake to it all.
