Manor Solomon

Anyone know what Fulham fans thought of him?

I asked my mate and he said he is skillful and exciting, apparently was injured with them which curtailed his impact but apparently had a real hot period in the middle. They should have signed him for 7m or something but were scared off about some legal case

Seems a fair bit to be excited about by the looks of those clips although I'm always slightly sceptical of YT comps. That said him and Maddison are really positive moves towards the kinda football we wanna see

I agree wholeheartedly about YT clips, do you think it's possible we could make one of N'dembele and tout it about to some gullible clubs?

And the crowd goes mild... :p

Bit whelmed by this signing - low risk and free, but not, as far as I can see, particularly good. One of those N'Jie/N'Koudou types, and sad we seem to be making the same mistakes yet again.

But, on the flip side, he's free so we can hopefully flog him for a profit to Nantes or wherever in a year's time. And if he comes good, he'll be a somewhat half decent Sonny backup, I suppose?

Wonder what this means for Gil - this chap plays in his position. Think we may have something lined up for the kid - hopefully permanent, since this rigmarole of endless loans is not good for him or us.

Disagree there.
Can beat a player, dribbles well, is quick, has an eye for a pass and is a very competent finisher. What do you want for nowt? CB's are the priority for any cash we have.

The lack of fee though is a technicality no? It's opportunist for sure but likely (based on my mates comments) improves the bench. Hard to Improve on Son without spending 60-70m

The front line is by far our biggest strength so I'm happy with the gains in depth and with the creative improvement with Maddison

All depends how “cover for Son” pans out.

We thought last year that Richarlison would provide cover for Son, but he was never a like for like - and had a rubbish season whether covering any position in the front 3.

This guy looks a more suited like for like for Son but with no European football this season I’d be surprised if we see much of him.

You will see plenty of him. Ange is known for high intensity and will consistently be making subs around the 65 minute mark. The wing forwards will be amongst those running the most, he will be used a lot and there won't be a big drop off in quality IMO which is great....

I think that's a little unfair, he has scored goals in PL which none of the players you mentioned have done and played international and CL football, it looks like a win, win on a free transfer.
