Transfer Tittle-Tattle

I think if we are going to see Alderweireld, Eriksen and Wanyama leave us this summer we should go all out to try to sign Ndombele and De Ligt even if these two are the only signings we bring in this summer they have massive potential. If we can also replace Eriksen then fantastic, but I feel in Dele and Winks we have creativity in the team and I'd love see Winks playing further forward.

Not so sure....I think Winks likes to see the game in front of him.....just my opinion.
 
I like Winks like every Spurs supporter. I’m not sure Winks, Dier and Wanyama are at the level we are aiming at going forward!
They are not reliable fitness wise for one thing!

Yeah he does a fine job at that, but for me I'd love to see him playing with less defensive burdens, he's got the quality to play a more advanced CM role but I think under our current system that role doesn't really exist as both our central midfielders are expected to drop quite deep to maintain possession when we build from the back.

This is Dier's first time being injured and they have been unfortunate ones rather then a structual problem. Winks does look a tad injury prone but such a lovely little player and one that would be great to be in the squad. If wanyama was like in his first season it would be a no brainer to keep him, but he has gone like Sandro.

As admirable as it is to keep our sights at the top, like with De Jong last season, we really really need to have make sure we have attainable plan B’s that we can sign. Feels like we have a tiny chance of getting either of those guys, and I don’t want us to get left either missing out on the reinforcements we need or panic signing an ill -fitting alternative (I.e missing out on Mane and signing Sissoko).
 
i don`t know but i don`t trust Sanchez anymore, he will become a good player but for now too many mistakes to cope with. we need a reliable option in the center back with Verts if Toby go.
 
Deulofeu - is he consistent enough? Certainly has talent ....could Poch coach him into a Sterling type player.

Surely doesn't want to spend his life at Watford?
