if there is any one position that youtube videos can make an ordinary player look great it is Goalkeeper - the saves in that video aren't even that spectacular, mostly long range shots which most competent keepers would save.

not saying he aint the business, but that video is all style no substance
 
A lot of those saves he made look more exciting than they were with all the leaps and palms etc

I dont know him as a keeper to judge to be honest, but certainly agree on that video
 
Pulling of stunning reflex saves is not something to judge a keeper on. Good distribution (not just long punts upfield), vocal leadership, commanding the area, comfortable on the ball are far more important.

Apparently Vertonghen isn't in London now but was sent home by De Boer. De Boer realised that JV's head is in London ahead of the prospective move, a move which De Boer is now appearing certain will be concluded.

Yeah it's between €8m-€9m with possible €3m in add ons. That's what most Dutch media are reporting anyway.
