Season Ticket Renewal Talk

Also phase two, which is ridiculous considering I submitted my request pretty much the second I got the email. Oh well, good thing I've booked Monday off anyway.

They prioritise, medical and care reasons .. maybe that are phase 1 . Like you I sent the form back the day I got the email .

hopefully I can manage mine and my sons ticket via one login like renewal or I can see it being an even bigger pain

Yeah I was a bit sweary as kept timing me out for a capture - Managed to move mine and the boys to the gods in the south but next to one another - just on to the office now to get his changed from an adult - oddly they are not doing full juniors in the south any more

Well that was a waste of time. In 254 and wanted to move to the two seats that are always empty in front of me. Nothing available. Will have to stick with my restricted view seat. Fvcking crossbar!

Probably sticking with the seats we have 2 in Block 248 and 1 in Block 123, only options to move all together would have meant towards the back of South Stand or back of Upper Tier.

We are pleased to announce details of the Season Ticket renewal process for the 2024/25 season.

We should like to take this opportunity to thank all our existing Season Ticket Holders for your incredible support this season, which has already seen some unforgettable moments and a special matchday atmosphere created at the stadium.

The impact this has on team performance is clear to see and you have all played a huge part – we look forward to continuing this exciting journey we are on as a Club together.

In undertaking the Ticketing Review, fans asked that we communicate Season Ticket pricing at an earlier point in the season and to leave renewals open until after the last fixture of the season. As such, we are announcing Season Ticket pricing today with renewals now open. The deadline to complete payment and retain your seat for next season is 5pm on 20 May, 2024. Full details on how to renew your seat will be communicated directly via email.

Football is not immune to the rising costs of goods and services across the board and we continue to look at all options to minimise ticket price increases, while absorbing the vast majority of costs. In the five years since the stadium opened in April, 2019, there has only been one Season Ticket price increase of 1.5 per cent. There has, however, been a significant increase in matchday costs outside of our control such as utilities, rates and consumables, along with the need to continue to operate on a sustainable basis. For 2024/25, Season Ticket prices will increase by six per cent.

Once again, we shall be working with V12 Finance to offer a payment option to supporters wishing to spread the cost of their Season Ticket across 10 months. Subject to approval, payments will commence in June and continue for a further nine months. If you wish to pay via V12 Finance, your loan will be subject to a one-off arrangement fee (admin fee) of 6.70 per cent.

We have also published our Ticketing Charter following a review of our practices and policies. It contains several key ticketing updates, including allocation of away tickets, fixture change resale, ticket share, seat utilisation, concession season tickets and Ticket Upgrade – this should be read alongside our renewal information. Our updated Ticketing Charter can be viewed in full here. However, all membership and ticket purchases will continue to be governed solely by the Club’s Membership and Ticketing Terms, which can be found here.

Ticketing information for the Women’s First team for 2024/25 will follow in due course.

We thank our fans for their incredible loyalty and understanding as we aim to keep a wide range of pricing and ticket choice, whilst also ensuring we can continue to deliver sustainable investment into our football activities and an excellent matchday experience in the stadium.

Agreed. I was expecting an increase next year but for seniors, that's disgraceful and deserves to be pushed back upon. F**k me, all this corporate tossy talk of "The Spurs Family" and they target the ones who've followed us for longest and many of whom need the concession most.

Yeh I'm ok with my increase, the seniors side is a disgrace.

TBH I think we all have the game arse over tit, the idea the players get richer as the fans and even the club have to share the burden of costs (akin to furlough issue as players paid FT for nearly a year for doing nothing). It's no different to any other aspect of life, why should the poorest take the burden as the richer get richer (and we as fans weirdly call for them to be paid more)

The game needs to get a real grasp on the massive game drain that is wages across the board, its a huge issue IMO

A players union to give back to seniors and the young would be clever. A hardship fund for those that can't afford seats. And the club should back it paying in 50% too.

A lot of seniors probably can afford it just fine, but for those that can't and more importantly for the next generation, some creative thinking is needed to ensure they can afford tickets.

Looking at the club rationale from the THST statement, does it seem that the club feel that the senior's concession is being abused? They mention that the number of of seniors has gone up 400% since we moved.

Might be the case but then they need to investigate that as they do the scalping, there are people on twitter like Tix.Tottenham who is made out to be a superstar with it, but he is taking the mick and getting rich off the back of ordinary fans
