OMT Tottenham Hotspur Vs Emirates Marketing Project

Today was the day to be more cautious. Lloris completely ruined that.

Since then Holtby and Paulinho completely abandoned Sandro in midfield

and people actually accept this? that's what infuriates me. Those two time and time again actually expose the other midfielder and let him do everything. Sandro is an absolute beast and manages to pull it off, DEmbele despite being good can't pull it off so he gets the criticism...meanwhile MR invisible (who can't pass for ****) and MR 'i'll run around a bit to make it look like i'm doing something' get away scott free for weeks (due to us picking up results). I said a while back this is whats happening and it will be exposed once the results turn sour.

Annoying player.

Saw Aguero on his own in the area and did next to nothing trying to get back to mark him.
Also when the ball is played to him he plays a simple ball back 90% of the time and more often than not 5 yards further back from where it started, why he can't be positive and turn and go at the opposition is beyond me.

Yeah choosing Holtby before Dembele is crazy even on a bad day Dembele is ten times the player.

Soldado and Paulinho are wasted money. To think how many lives could have been saved with £40 mil wasted on those two. Absolutely up there with Bentley and Bent in terms of dud signings. At least Raziak was free.

Lamela too is looking dodgy...should have buried that chance early on. Ive backed him a lot but he needs to tuck those away

Don't look like scoring, look wide open and clueless at the back.

We've looked like this all season but got away with it.

Why won't people wake up to the fact that we're being poorly managed?

The players don't seem to know what to do in any game!

Lloris with a scuffed kick leads to a goal after 14 seconds.

Lloris with a poor clearance that leads to a chance that lead to a Sandro OG.

simple low cross in from right, unchallenged for Aguero to tap in.

Thing is we responded really well after the first goal but have undone ourselves. Paulinho and Holtby have been poor. No service to Soldado. Lamela quiet.

Write this one off.

Pretty much what happened. Think we've actually moved the ball quicker and looked a bit more dangerous but defensively we're all over the place. Dawson IMO should have been more alert to cover Kaboul for the 3rd too. Paulinho and Holtby have done little, it's been like playing with 9 men at times.

How have we turned from being the team full of pace and attacking threat that everyone wanted to watch into this pedestrian team that actually carry no threat whatsoever. City attack with pace and movement, we stroll forward give the other team time to regain their shape and thats the end of that.

No wonder we cant score from open play. Its years since I`ve seen a Spurs team so utterly clueless. It`s got to be the managers fault as we have supposedly the best squad we have had for years, but in my mind thats very debateable. You cant even describe them as a team of work horses, it`s just terrible

Why are we blaming the players, though? Soldado has a proven track record, and was absolutely brilliant for Valencia for three seasons running. Paulinho was a star at the Confederations Cup, and regularly shines when with Brazil.

Yet when they play for us they look hesitant, frustrated and inadequate.

It's not the players: it's either their inability to fully understand the system or the inherent flaws of the system itself. The first will sort itself out given time, the second requires a change of philosophy that I desperately hope AVB has in his locker.

Pretty depressing stuff. But hey this is Tottenham. This is what we do. We go through this because we then celebrate the highs even more. Heads up people this club will always eventually give us a reason to be happy.

Ade's on
