He is alleged to have been involved in an incident with Wigan's Shaun Maloney during our 2-1 victory at Stamford Bridge on Saturday.

An FA Regulatory Commission will hear the case tomorrow (Thursday) based on video evidence and written submissions.

There is absolutely no way he can surely? The guy is on video punching Maloney. What more evidence would they need?

In my opinion, completely pointless appeal and hopefully results in and extra game ban.
