italy sacrifice too many of their players to use pirlo in the way they do. i actually think they would be better without him. hes a deep lying playmaker, not an attacker. he just can't win enough matches on his own to have players being sacrificed for him as if he is ronaldo, messi, suarez, bale.

without pirlo, buffon etc.. id say denmark will beat them and leave italy to lose in the play offs

It's been a great tournament so far and it does not need a big name to save it. The unpredictability has made it very difficult to predict and I hope it carries on like that all the way to the final.
