That's what I thought too. Extending in an arch, disappearing off the photo to the left in the foreground, then extending back... But things I know about construction work would be a very short book, more approaching a pamphlet, with large letters, and no actual information.

Basically yes. They can also be used as part of the support for the foundations. But since there are no blueprints of the project, I can't say if they are permanent or not. Most likely it's just as you said, temporary to stabilize during the digging prior to laying foundations.
I thought Daniel would be jumping at the chance to let us in on the latest plans. Now that the Archway debacle is complete how come he is not going out of his way to show us the final plans. Surely he had it all ready to go as soon as Archway was dealt with.
The next phase will see the tender process begin for the stadium itself. We continue to work closely with the Mayor and Haringey Council as we look to deliver this major sport-led regeneration in Tottenham.
