Tim Sherwood Testimonial OMT Spurs v Aston Villa 11th April

Can we have Sherwood manage us for games like this, and let Poch do the games against Arsenal and Chelsea?
 
Today has confirmed my worst fears. Even the Poch PR department on here will struggle to put a "positive" spin on this.
 
soldado was only about 17 yards off there.
im surprised by how poor this has been - sort of.

the team looked tripe on paper before the match and so it has proved. the obviously tinkle poor players, townsend and chiriches, both subbed. why start with them? why why why?????
 
was central midfield so on the money and firing properly that we didn't need to consider a change in that area?
could stambouli have been any worse then mason or bentaleb today? mason was completely invisible.
 
We're utterly, utterly spent. Was always a danger, but it is coming back to haunt us now. Ah, well. We survived for 50-odd games.

No point expecting better next season, of course, because Levy will load Poch with another bunch of cheap signings and 'value' additions that he doesn't want, and we'll head into 2015-2016 with an even smaller group of 'trusted' players than we started this campaign with. With record 65 million pound profits, of course.

Don't even think we can judge Poch next season, either - clearly he's going to get the same 'support' he got this summer, so what's the point?

Sigh. Just enjoy the youth coming through. And at least Yedin made his debut. :)

Also the two games Kane was captain. Coincidence?
 
He plays Ericksen wide left which totally fecks us up, he drifts all over the place and upsets our balance completely, plays Chadli in the hole which is a waste of a shirt, Ericksen must play ten or nowhere, clueless manager, today Ericksen was the worse player on the pitch.

We are Pathetic. The buck stops with Poch here. He is utterly clueless and makes Sherwood look like Alex Ferguson. This is as bad as the Gross days.
 
We had a nice-ish patch in the middle of the season but we just don't look like anything anymore, we are right slap bang where we should be in the league.
