streaming on ipad 2

hello, what are people using to stream onto the ipad 2? trying to get around the flash issue. I use sopcast on the PC when it works, wiziwig/firstrow etc but using the ipad has to be the future. any help would be most greatfully recieved.

But I can imagine tablet would be a considerble segment of the consumer electronics market

it's hardly a surprise that a technology will be obsolete in 5-7 years. the difference is, there is nothing ready to go at the moment to replace flash as a proper alternative standard, and probably won't be for a good few years.

Flash is software/application not a technology

As for replacement - HTML5 is well on its way

Odd coz I am pretty sure Ive had Flash updates since August. Just seems that because it isnt supported by Apple products that all Apple users drop the "Flash will be obsolete in X amount of years" line. But so will many things, but its far from obsolete now and used by a huge chunk of the internet.

it should be well on it's way, they started doing it in 2004. jobs was talking about in 2010, which is already 2 years ago. so how ready do you think it is now?
