THIS. Being my parents' country of origin, I visit my hometown there an awful lot, and what strikes me are the sheer number of young people I see wearing football jerseys. The country has a massively expanding middle class keen to embrace European football over the scandal-ridden Indian cricket scene: why no one save for Bayern seems remotely interested in tapping into that market is a mystery to me.
