Apparently Stoke are playing their sixth choice goalkeeper today, 19 year old Blondy Nna Noukeu who has only featured for the U23s.
First choice Davies and second choice Gunn are both injured. The crisis loanee Niki Mäenpää is also injured. The solution to this was signing Andy Lonergan from Liverpool, but he's now ill! They then brought back U21 goalkepper Joe Bursik from his loan at Doncaster, but he's cup tied!

So Noukeu is thrown to the wolves.

Did you see the Gooner keeper last night throw the ball in his own net? That would be nice.

O'Neill will set up with as many old experienced heads as possible, all desperately trying to help defend the box and stop us getting good chances.
 
I just quickly had a look at a Stoke forum, and they seemed to think that the ill Lonergan might start regardless. We will see. Not ideal either way for them.
