High kicks make sense, but a diving header? That dangerous to the player going for the flipping header. Man i hate football these days. 🤣
If a player is about to kick the ball in a height that is normal for kicking the ball, and a player dives in head first, it's the players who dives in head first that is causing the danger, therefore committing a foul, and an indirect free kick is to be given.

It's been that way since forever.
