Manager Sack Watch 2014/15

Ridiculous when they earnt £125m from being in the PL for a season

...and I remember them saying they were only gonna sign players on max 10k a week and instead invest everything into the stadium and the infrastructure etc. so it wasn't wasted... and that this was the way to improve the club to the next level instead of gambling on bringing in expensive players and still risking relegation.

bizarre stuff, I wonder if they did make any improvements to the stadium or training ground

The owners are bleeding the club dry. This is the last year of their parachute payments and at the end of it they are going to find themselves in the first division.

He's the main architect behind Brentford's promotion last season and managed to drag Wigan to the playoffs after taking over in December. A poor run of form so far this season and he gets fired by mr. Patience himself.

I thought that Rosler was destined for good things.

F*ck me.....Dortmund are now rock bottom of the German League......i wonder how this would play out with our fans (or anyone else for that matter). Is Klopp bullet proof?

Anyone close to German football........whats the vibe/consensus.....especially with Dortmund fans??

Hope to GHod that Hypia is gone by Friday, I am over at the Brighton game Friday night against Millwall. I can not understand how he has lasted so long, oddly this is the week that the Brighton academy sides have gone out to have a winter tour to Finland and Iceland organised by Hypia against the football schools he runs in those countries.

Maybe if he spent more time on Brighton matters they would not be in the position but then they also have a director of football who has signed a load of players the coach does not want. Usually like going to Brighton games with my mates because it is like a night off for me but apparently a really bad atmosphere at the ground now.

Thank fcuking fcuk for that, take that pr*ck David Burke with you as well.

Talk of Sherwood but he would be a mug to take on the job the club has so many structural problems thanks to appalling player recruitment.

Neil Warnock sacked by Crystal Palace

With Pulis out of the running for obvious reasons, could Timmy be in with a shout?

Is it true that is the first PL sacking this season? My impression is that this is very late for the first.

It probably is a bit late, but most clubs are performing as expected. There isn't much scope for improvement by a kneejerk sacking. Rodgers, Martinez, Bruce and Redknapp are the ones that have had their sides underperforming the most. QPR have at least picked up some points at home, but all their wins have come against sides currently in the bottom 8. Their remaining home games are the top half sides minus City and Liverpool plus Everton and Palace.
