I'd say he took the more difficult option, turning down two good opportunities. It's not bottling it to be confident that other top offers will be coming. He may also have his eye on another job which he prefers to those two.
Think most of us feel the same. It's just some emotionally retarded fans feel like it's being dumped by their girlfriend who's now shagging someone else.
He is just a guy who did a great job for us and is now furthering there career somewhere else. Same as hoddle etc...

Chuffed for Leverkusen, always felt that 'Neverkusen' tag was cruel after the way they folded in 2002.
Though, it is a little galling that now:
- Leverkusen will have won the Bundesliga title by next weekend
- Bilbao just won the Copa Del Rey, ending a 40 year trophy drought
- Napoli won Serie A last year
...and here we are, the eternal winless wonders. Gotta say, it does sting being the last ones out at the prom while all the similarly sized clubs walk away with pots and pans galore :'(

Doesn’t bode well for them getting through against scum in the CL does it?! If they’re lucky, Kane will get a consolation goal in the 2nd leg to make it 7-1 to Arsenal on aggregate.
Edit: and just remembered Bayern have no away fans for the game on Tuesday. As if Arsenal need any boost the way they are playing at the moment.
