Can Saudi Sportswashing Machine finish 3rd?

Yes, because the past statistics always determine the next games result.

They could win, just as we could win all four of ours. Anything could happen.

They wont win, just watch their wheels fall totally off now, I stand by prediction that they wont get another point this season

Was so long ago i totally forgot about that. GHod i felt like that win was in another season

There was certainly a much better vibe around WHL, that is for sure! I wonder how many versions of "I want you to stay" will be directed towards HR tomorrow and, if the rumours are true, we ever get to see Ade in a Spurs shirt again?

Rumours aren't true, Redknapp said they were a load of nonsense and Ade has behaved impeccably since being here.....

So, the 'easiest' game of their run-in is now gone... Chelsea away, City at home and Everton away doesn't look so easy now does it?

If we don't do the business at HOME to BLACKBURN tomorrow, then I think I might cry. They are truly brick. And I don't care if they won at Old Trafford. COYS.

PS. If Arsenal drop 2 more points and we win all our games, 3rd is ours again ;)

Not seen the game but I'm at Chelsea on Weds.

If we don't get another point this season we finish 6th and qualify for the Europa League and it still represents a tremendous season and great progress from where we have been recently.

If that is to be then it would be quite nice to try and take the Europa League seriously and do well in it, watching the spanish teams in it this season has been a breath of fresh air at times.

It would be nice to see a Briish team give it a o but for you to do that ou will seriously need to add to your squad. You have performed miracles with the players you have and with a lot more games you will need more players.

However fair play for what you have done so far

Without doubt, I think that shows in that when we do get beat we get hammered, we are playing with a poor right back and a championship centre half, squad depth is something we really don't have, especially at the back.

Punched well above their weight this season. Next season they'll be behind United, City, us, Chelsea, Scum and Liverpool. 7th.

Surely it depends who they buy/sell in the summer?

This is crazy early for making these kinds of predictions.. :-s

Before today's game I had them losing all 3 away games, with City at home depending on what happens Monday. Having said that I fear it won't be us capitalising on it.

The top 5 will finish above them next season, as per, and Liverpool can't be as bad next season SURELY.

Why? and as for the second bolded part.. why?

If we fail to get CL football and lose Bale and Modric, i don't think we're really looking any better then Saudi Sportswashing Machine at the moment.. If Arsenal lose RVP they may face issues finding a new striker to lead the line.. Chelsea's 'old' players could actually become old and might not produce the goods..

The only two i would bet on finishing above them are United and City.

Are you on a wind up? Look at history. Chelsea and scum, as well as the two Manchester sides will finish above barcodes next year. So will we. So will Liverpool. I'm not arguing anyway lets see where we are next season.

Saudi Sportswashing Machine have been annoyingly up there all season in my eyes. Not saying theyre relegation candidates but there mid table fodder and IMO will revert to type again next season.

Oh i forgot, history determines where we're going to finish in the table next season. It's not like teams change or anything.

As for the second part, that's pretty much what united, arsenal, chelsea, liverpool fans were saying about us a season or two ago. Why are we so much different?

Saudi Sportswashing Machine are a selling club. Fact.

They will be weaker next season.

Roy's prediction is correct. I'd wager a suitcase of cash on it.

Fair enough, At the end of the season go and wager a large amount of cash on it.

After all if it's a sure thing it's like free money, you may as well get a second mortgage and put all of it on it.

Reading some of the comments, we really do come across as an arrogant club.

If Saudi Sportswashing Machine outperform us this year and finish above us, then that's what they deserve. We don't need to belittle them by patting them on the head telling them what a good job they've done. FFS they are 3 points above us right now.
