I wouldn't swap him for anyone who believes crossing is a valid form of attack against anyone but Arsenal.
 
We are missing a good defensive midfielder in front of the back 4 Paulinho just not good enough and there is too much pressure on Bentaleb.

Why does he not try Stambouli in the prem? Also cant beleive that Lennon has been dropped after he played well against Everton.

What is wrong with crossing?

I would not want us to be a team that only crossed but it is a valid component of an attacking game, a team should have variable options of attack or they are easy to defend against.

It's pretty much the least successful form of attack but English fans still scream for it.

Lennon spends a lot of time injured. I suspect Poch is protecting him. The games are coming thick and fast. I also suspect that Poch would like to give bentaleb and Mason a run.
