Given the choice between a striker that links up play well and one that stands offside on the touchline with his thumb up his ****, I'll take the one that links up play.

Soldado + Kane is clearly the answer though.

I have given up on Soldado, I've never seen a player so deprived of confidence. I agree though. I'm not asking for a new King, but we're desperate for a proper leader and consistent performer in either the CB or CM position.
 
maybe we should play ade cb, he's can't be worse than the rest of them, he gets his contractual start and we get to play a proper striker up front
 
Solly looks good at everything but shooting,

Kaboul looks bad at everything

Can not see a team here, going to be a long season and without a regular goal scorer we will be checking on the results of the bottom half of the table this season.

I wish we had someone that was full of confidence, someone that scores 1 or 2 goals every game.

I wish we had a young player, full of beans, desperate to get on the pitch.

I wish there was an England U21 International that scores in every game who loved Spurs.

I wish our forward options weren't so stunted.

Imagine if we had a player that liked scoring goals and wasn't a hollow shell, embittered by months of underperformance?

He reminds me or Rebrov, good player but the are not goals in the boy and we need goals to win games.

Depends on how long it lasts for and whether he thinks they lack form or lack ability. A new signing such as Capoue needs games to settle and get used to the PL, though so does Stambo. If Poch really thinks Kaboul is our second best CB currently, but just lacks form its not criminal to play him. However most of us who have seen Kaboul overall several seasons I think know that Kaboul isnt lacking form, he's just looks like injuries have impacted him in a similar way to happened with Ledders. Unfortunately Kaboul doesnt have King's class to get through it. Poch must be starting to realise though that its not form which is making Kaboul play ****, he's just finished as a top level footballer
