Ade and parker were useless that half.
Holtby looked lively but lost the ball too much.
Bale needs to see more of the ball.
Lloris sure is phenomenal!
 
This game is 'tailor made' for Parker :ross: sick to fudging death of Scott Parker. Stupid fudging challenge that he didnt need to make, spins in circles on the ball, then loses it.

Meh. Look solid enough, and made a few opportunities. We will score another. The question is, on this night when everything looks like inspiring one of those cup-final-versus-Spurs performances W'Ham inevitably save up for, will that be enough?
 
Frustrating as we should have had this wrapped up. A bit more composure when 1-0 up and we could have controlled the game and scored another.

Parker hasn't been at his best. Like the Ade red, for me it wasn't clear cut. Sometimes they are given sometimes not.

Web seems to give a lot to them. Dembele's card was unfair.
 
I reckon Siggy will come on and score, I don't know why, just have a feeling.

I am nervous though, Dembele on a booking and Parker to be knackered fairly soon I'd imagine, not looking great from a CM point of view.

Parker had no reason to make that challenge but wanted to prove he was all blood and thunder! Silly.

Lennon looks well off the boil of late. I think we'll improve it he second but we are not dealing with Carroll at all well
 
Yes West Ham sometimes play rugby - but they were outplaying us early doors and the whole game was in our half - we were hoofing it out and they were the ones playing on the deck

Matt Jarvis was really testing Walker, but since Nolan went off I think Jarvis went up top and disappeared? Not sure.

Is he always going to be one of those players, 4 games on, 4 games off, looked like he'd finally found some consistency under AVB but he's been so non committal in everything he does recently
