***TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR vs Arsenal OMT***

Spurs actually has a better attack than arsenal.

Arsenal has faster players all over the pitch.

The ref.. seen him a few times and seriously think he isn't fit to be officitatkng a premier league match.

Very good 10-15 minute spell, rewarded with a goal. Wish Porro had played Kulu in rather than try that harder pass to Johnson. Though guess he's earned the right to attempt such things with the foot he has. Vicario, VdV and Destiny have been our best players for me. Maddison and Son good in the clutch moments. The way Son sneaked that between two defenders was amazing.

How Veira has got away without a yellow is beyond me.

We have been the better team, all their chances came from our own fudge ups.

Kulu holding on to it far too long.

Bissouma playing like its a kick about

Maddison having to drop too deep.

Romero’s casual passing.

VDV has been our best player so far.

Slightly fortunate to be level. Udogie was poor for the goal I thought but he’s coped well after a ropey 20 mins. Struggling to get control in the middle of the park. Bissouma, Sarr and Maddison nowhere near as influential as they’ve been in other games which is understandable. To be fair, Maddison has gotten an assist.

We have stuck to our way of playing, even if it stresses me, but where our first touch was very positive in other games, it’s not here. It’s safety first and turn back far more often.

Still 1-1 isn’t too shabby. Interesting second half coming up.

Happy to see us continuing to play our way. Couple of the midfielders just need to be more aware. Madison learnt from his lesson, little fake move before you receive the ball to shake them.

Saka causing us problems but he is predictable. Always comes in on his left. We can't lose Udogie as Davies would get slaughtered up against him.

VDV playing really well. Such a good signing. Need a bit more from Kulu.

Johnson is causing them problems. He has nearly scored twice. We need to get at them more, their defence is the weakest part of their team. Overrated unit in my mind.

Ref is too influenced by the crowd and Arteta. Booking our players for marginal yellows, and letting them smash into Udogie etc. The goons are like we used to be under Conte - focused on gaming the ref. I am glad we don't do it anymore. We need to focus on outplaying side not outperforming simulations. Still how the ref books Bissouma and not their players for similar idk?

The goons best asset is their press. Otherwise they have been quite average. If we can break out we look the more dangerous. Need to drop back a few players to help play out.

Under the current directive he should have brought play back and given us a free kick for White's foul on Udogie. But then he'd have booked Sarr for the foul, then given us a free kick and White a yellow, therefore looking like a right taco.

Absolute joke. Now both our CM's are walking a tightrope due to refs incompetence. It was an obvious foul on Udogie.

Looking forward to Smith and Neville telling us how Arse dominated this. The ball is in our third a lot, but that's because we're passing it amongst ourselves.

Udogie seems to have it under control for now. PEH on for Sarr would make sense, then Davies on around the 70/75 minute mark. Manage the game.
He needs to be closer to Saka. They almost always play the ball in the air to him - Saka doesn't have a hope if a human sized person is challenging for it.

Shades of the utd game, not believing in ourselves or the system and having to grow into the game.
Which is fair enough. Being brave and playing the margins against average teams is one thing, doing it against incisive teams is another. Especially after three years of being lambasted for the tiniest of errors.

We left him in a lot space for the first part of the half. He did get lucky with the goal, maybe we don't think he's that big a threat?

So the goal came originally from that slightly longer ball over the top from Maddison to Kulu which got us playing further up the pitch… Don’t mind that, mixing it up a bit.

That was a big mistake too. Saka is easily controlled if you force him down the line on his right. Two players tried that for the goal and still let him cut in on his left.

Two bookable offences dodged became he acted injured

Nah, get close and he'll draw a second yellow. Johnson or Biss needs to double needs to double up.

For their goal it was lack of communication Udogie and Johnson went to the player overlapping, Johnson should have put pressure on Saka coming in from behind whilst Udogie watches the runner. Saka would have had no idea Johnson was there.
