Great user (ExileTHFC) on Reddit thread has summarized it (on Reddit/r/coys)

Spurs are targeting a CB, ST and potentially a winger still this window. So far, Jose has been pleased with Spurs' dealings and Doherty is a really good purchase for what Jose wants.

- Ndombele situation is that the player is keen to have another season but would respect Spurs' wishes. Fabrizio thinks theres a good chance he remains at Spurs given the boards' appreciation for the player. Mourinho has no doubt over his ability but his application needs to match it. Spurs supposedly would ask for around €30m + Skriniar if a deal is to be done with Inter involving the 2 players.

- Aurier has suitors in both Leverkusen and AC Milan but Spurs won't budge on the €20m fee they've assigned. As a side point, Fabrizio says Spurs have a reputation now that if any player is to be sold, they simply won't budge on the price they've set and he said its something clubs are just not used to dealing with!

- On Eriksen, he doesn't see Inter selling Eriksen and that Spurs did ask apparently to have him back but Fabrizio asked Inter's directors who declined it. Inter remain certain he will stay.

- Spurs need to sell to buy but this is the same for basically any club. Of course some opportunities can change this but it's just the way it is around football.

- On striker targets, Fabrizio thinks the options at strikers will be hard to come by. Not much info here but rules out a player such as Diego Costa and Suarez. He remains very sure they'll be getting a striker. PL experience isn't a necessity either but he feels that a PL proven striker is most likely.

- On Bale, he echoes that Spurs would love Bale back and everyone at the club would. He says it's still extremely unlikely unless something extraordinary happens. He thinks the Mourinho element doesn't add much to the potential of it either.

- on DYBALA, Spurs has a total agreement with Juventus over the transfer fee (as did Man United). Juventus' director arrived in London and had agreed to sell him. Dybala's agent received a great offer from Spurs but the player really didn't want to leave Juventus. Fabrizio says there is literally no more that Spurs could do. Fabrizio says it came down to Dybala and didn't mention image rights.

- On left back opportunities, Fabrizio says there is no links or has no info on a LB. He says Reguillon has been offered around to other clubs including Spurs but there isn't anything at the moment.

- On the winger links, the players Spurs are interested in Leon Bailey and are tracking him. The issue on this is that Leverkusen are cash-rich because of the Havertz sale so it might be tough to see it happen. He's not sure on many other names.

- On CBs, Kim Min-Jae, Fabrizio says it wasn't a very progressed deal at all. He says Jose really does want a new CB.

- For Zaniolo, this summer is not a possibility. He says Spurs are massive on him and would move mountains to bring him in if they could. The new owners have absolutely no interest to sell him. Maybe in future but no chance now.

- On Millik, Spurs do like the player and did have a conversation with his agents but Juventus looks to be likely with him. He says Millik might become available should Dzeko be the choice for Juventus but time will tell.

- On Coutinho, Spurs have been offered the player but Spurs aren't particularly interested at all.

- For Foyth and Rose, Foyth is likelier to stay and there is an Italian club that asked for a loan but Spurs refused. Foyth is apparently available for about €15m. He has no info on Rose.

- Gazzaniga, Lamela, Sissoko and Winks - Spurs could listen to bids. Gazzaniga looks to be leaving. Lamela he says loves the club and doesn't want to go.

- On Hugo's contract, Spurs are in discussions over his contract extension with his agents. This is a priority after the window closes.

- For Pochettino, Fabrizio says it was tough to see him ever at Barcelona. Poch's contract wherever he ends up is going to be quite lucrative so the COVID situation hasn't helped.

- Fabrizio says he expects Spurs to end up with a CB, ST and winger all this window.

Interesting and hope-inducing.
But the Dybala stuff flies in the face of what has been said elsewhere - namely that Dybala was ready to go, had filmed a goodbye video for Juve fans, and that it was a last minute financial demand from an agent/third party which derailed the deal.

Romano is definitely THE man when it comes to transfers. However, he’s based in Milan and can’t be as close to one club in England - he was asked in depth questions about every area of Spurs and diligently repeated what he’d heard.

I do therefore have to make a distinction that he doesn’t know exactly what we want for certain in the market today or even how our squad shapes up.

I’m sure we’ve made enquires about Leon Bailey - possibly when we got then Bergwijn. But we need to stay connected and have plans on good players, as contingency if others leave.

That doesn’t mean we want or need a winger now. I also think we’re well stocked at centre back.

Yesterday, Korean journalist Lee Gun released a youtube video with the title ‘Situation has changed, Tottenham firing up interest in Kim Min Jae case.’

He’s a reporter who works in London for Sports Chosun, a reliable press in Korea. (It’s a department of Chosun News, one of the 4 biggest presses in Korea, that deals with sports.)

He also has inner access to spurs’ press conferences and all, and he has a good reliability when it comes to Korean players.

I think he also knows Sonny personally. This part i will have to check.

(Please note that my understanding of the reporter’s profile might not be exactly 100% accurate. However, it is clear that he is a reporter with good reputation.)

To basically sum the video up, here it is:

-There has been some change inside the club regarding Kim since September.

-In July and August, there have been some rumors and words that mainly came from Kim’s sides (his agents or smth)

-Until then, Beijing adhered to the price of 15m

-However, since the beginning of September, Tottenham, the club, renewed (or showed) their interest in Kim.

-This is a source that came from the inner part of the club.

-This means, Tottenham are now finally ready to deal with Kim’s negotiations that have been on the table until now.

-In july and august, Tottenham weren’t really interested in the player. However, now they are in the condition and the situation to have interest in the player.

-Until now, we’ve been focusing on Doherty, Hart, and Hojbjerg. Now that we signed those players, we can finally breath out and focus on other possible targets, and Kim has emerged as a target in the cb position, which is a position we r trying enhance.

-Yet, 15m is still a costly price and Tottenham will now do what they can do to negotiate and lower the price. Negotiations will begin.

-Most importantly, he mentions that it’s just the beginning and no one knows the end to it. Anything can happen atm.

+From the info the journalist has obtained, the journalist also said that this negotiation will be done in a two-track fashion.. So the negotiations between the clubs will have a 3rd person (or parties) who knows both clubs well, and if that finds an agreement, the player’s agents will take over the negotiations between club-player over personal terms

(+I think it is unknown whether Beijing are still adhering to the 15m price, and im saying this not to mislead.

He didnt mention that Beijing has changed their demand, but ‘until then, beijing adhered to the price of 15m’ is exactly what he said...so it’s kinda vague)
 
Skriniar + money for Ndombele sounds great. With that money get Reguillon and we would be all set in defense. Just my 2 cents.

If we're getting Kim then I'd have thought Skriniar wouldnt happen - would be either/or. And Skriniar is probably dependent on Ndombele leaving

I'm not sure what to make of Reguillon rumours - he seems to be linked with multiple clubs so find it hard to take them seriously. I'd have thought that now that we done the 3 priority bits of business, our focus (in terms of incomings) will be a CB and CF...getting in a LB I'd have thought would be lower down the priority list. Even higher priority I'd expect to be shifting some out - Rose, Aurier in particular
 
Given player prices are low and could spurs be shortsighted and not spending much more this season, given that a vaccine for Covid 19 will be reasonably expected in a year or two and player values would surely rise to cover interest beyond then?

That is what I would do, or see if it's possible. Having the defense strong and done would be great. Outgoings are another story and so is getting that back up striker we keep putting off. Would sell Aurier, Rose, Lamela, Foyht and Winks, probably some others too for a good offer. I would love to get Coutinho and Cavani/Diego Costa.

We dont have a sugar daddy owner so we cannot spend what we do not have - covid has heavily effected our forecast income.

Also a safe and effective vaccine has already been created by oxford university, so this is not one or two years away.

Phase 1 and phase 2 trials have been successful and the final phase 3 trials are going well and close to completion. It could therefore be administered now on emergency approval and would be if the herd route was taken and the subsequent millions of deaths herd would have resulted in.

As it is however, phase 3 will first be largely completed in full and that is a couple of months away.

He will learn more defensively there that’s for sure

The consensus is that it only provides partial immunity. It should help but it is unlikely to be a magic bullet.
