You're memory is confused, Poch played him more often than not.

But with Jose you know regardless if he thinks a players going to get him results he will play him, if he thinks the grand sum of the positives outweighs the negatives he will play him, his ego wants Ws

The fact Ndombele can’t get a sniff is a worry, I’m not saying it’s the end for him but I’m worried as a fan about the likelihood of a record signing never coming to fruition.

Here all night mate. Not our weakest player IMO. At all. Lamela was used as you might hope, with the game stretched and West Ham tiring. I'd expect impact from a quality player. Reminder that Lamela did not tear it up with quality last Friday.

Lamela is for me that impact off bench player, when games stretched and he gets more margin for errors.

He isn’t this complete player we all wanted that’s clear, I do like his blood and guts (and elbows) when he comes on though.
 
Very comfortable win tonight, and actually look like a top 4-6 team too. Problems still exist, mainly at the back and at DM, but a lot of encouragement to be taken from this, including Mourinho's tactics
