Hmmm. Fun fact from the Guardian - Dortmund haven't conceded at home in CL this season and have won all their home games this year by at least 3 goals .......

Going to be squeaky bum time me thinks.

Ffs, why do this to me?

They also beat the usually almost impregnable Atletico 4-0 in Germany....great.

Would love that early goal......

A wrong fun fact. They have only scored three or more goals at home in 12 of 17 home games. And among those there are a couple of 3-2 and 3-1 wins.

Given our injuries, that is our strongest team imo.

No excuses. Let's do this.

Latest odds in from Paddy Power on who will fudge up for the first Dortmund goal:

Lloris Evens (available as a 1/5 double to produce a match-winning worldie)

Aurier 2/1

Davies 9/2

Winks 5/1

Eriksen 8/1

10/1 Bar

(Despite not having travelled, odds available on Trippier on request)

Definitely have to hold out for at least the first half. Even if it was only 1-0 to them I would not fancy us to hold on. That Inter match a few seasons ago still haunts. I know we got through that night, but I dont think hy ticker can take another match like that.

I keep reading no team has overturned a 3 goal deficit in the CL. Let's face it if anyone is likely to be the first, we are well up in the betting.

Ths is going to be long 2 hours, ffs I can feel my heart going 10-to-the-dozen already

Watching the build up on Irish TV. I’m about to go and fudging end it all. Liam Brady and Didi Hamann are basically reciting every bloody cliche there is about us.

I did stop taking them seriously when Hamann said “they were close to winning the league when they blew it at Chelsea.”

It really is doomsday cliches masquerading as analysis.
