Is Naughton out for a while? If him, Fryers and Rose are out we seem very thin at the back. Don't think Walker and Verts should be playing this many games at this stage of the season.

Naughton was 50/50 to be fit for Everton.
I suspect he'll start here.

Paulinho has played 300 minutes of football over the last seven days. I don't think it would be wise to play him mid-week.

So that second lineup is the formation a 643, 625 or an AVB home special 661?
 
Lloris has to take the night off, would be good to not even have him on bench after the hit he took.
Paulinho/Vert probably the other two that need a rest

Would like to see Kane and Lamela start, along with Siggy & Eriksen, Capoue if fit.
JD up front, Ade to make appearance would be good.
