I like that - was hoping to keep the "just can't" in there though. Could make for some clever lyrics.

Needs to be something about getting past him or taking a shot.
 
A group near us try and get this going several times a match but it never seems to catch...

Given how long it can take for a new song to take off, it might be better to appropriate an existing one, as per the Ronnie Rosenthal one from above. Or use Vertonghen's song (with a bit of leeway to turn Toby into Tobe) :
