I think Arsenal losing means the calculations on the United-Chelsea result become one of preference. If Arsenal had won it would have been different. But they didn't so Uncle Emery can examine his own balls and consider what would happen if he dressed up like dingdong Emery.

Strange we lose and we're finding the pressure hard to deal with yet when City, United, Chelsea and Woolwich fail to live up to the media's hype it's been a tough season particularly with all those european games, I suppose it's all down to who you support.

If United win we only need 3 points to come 3rd (on gd)
If Chelsea win united can’t catch us, but we would need 2 wins to guarantee 3rd as they would be level with us on points. We’d still need one win to guarantee CL
The only reason I can think for wanting a Chelsea win is not wanting united to get CL.

You forgot that Janssen is not in the Champs League squad.
