I thought it was on Tuesday, but Wednesday it is. We should rest as many of our first teamers as possible. Possible starting line-up (4-4-2): Vorms, Rose, Foyth, Sanchez, Walker-Peters, Winks, Sissoko, Oakley Booth, N'Koudou, Harrison, Llorente.

No way are we playing that line-up, but if it was FIFA, I'd be starting those guys. Maybe even rest Winks and give Georgiou (or however you spell it) or Edwards a chance. Not sure if Oakley is an offensive mid or defensive, but we'd need a holding dude in there as well.

Lamela isn't registered for the CL.
 
Georgiou, Edwards and GKN would have been an interesting trio up front with Llorente. Plenty of pace and trickery! Won't happen though.
 
Kids plus Gazzaniga, Foyth and Llorente. Don't care about this match, all focus should be on the next league game against Stoke.
 
I think anyone hoping for wholesale changes in the team for Wednesday is going to be disappointed.
One or two players rested yes, and maybe some earlier subs than usual (or some players rested to the bench rather than from the squad) but I think Poch has too much respect for the CL to send out an untried second string. He has also spoken on numerous occasions about showing respect to your opponent. He will not want to lose this game regardless of it being a dead rubber.
Not saying that's what I want to happen, but it's what I think will happen.

Why did he pretty much play a second string in it last year then, ridiculous rotation for every game
