I'm actually complaining about the club as a whole.
Feel for Sherwood, I actually do, no way he is at fault today got everything right for me but my point is we have such a weak state of mind and I'm not sure if he's the man to turn it into a winning one.

The problem with Spurs is and always has been 3 things
1) On the ball - our system (not formation) is non existent. (in my opinion) THEEE most important thing in a football match is players a) always on the move and b) playing close together creating triangles all over the pitch giving multitude of options - as opposed to a hopeful BAE/Dawson (and almost every other player ever seen in our shirt) ball up field only to see it come back in our half and volunteer to be on the back foot.
All the greats such Cruyff, LVG, PEP manage this way. Formations are irrelevant, its the purpose and tactical awareness which wins games. Our players have no instructions at all and just spend the entire 90 minutes improvising. And when there is a massive gap between teamates on the pitch this will 9 times out of 10 end up with a wayward pass to the other team.
2) Off the ball - gap between defense and midfield is GAPING. terrible terrible lack of tactical awareness leading to many goals which dont need to be conceeded.
3) Lack of winning mentality and desire - self explanatory.
In my opinion LVG can fix all of these. I also believe TS will fix these problems in time but if we are going to seek an alternative to install instant winning mentality and sort out the amazing talent yet passenger type players we have then LVG is the man.
