HELP!! My bf is SO addicted to this site!

I was thinking about surprising the bf with a Sky sport package on his TV but he said out of 38 games a season if Spurs is lucky 10 of them will be shown on Sky?? Is that true?? So the rest 28 games are theoretically played for audiences in the stadium and those TV audiences in countries where every single game is shown on TV (e.g. Macao)??
 
What you really want to do is get some high speed broadband, preferably fibre, and set up a server in one the countries that show all the games, to stream the matches to where you live. In glorious HD.

If Sky managed to show every game on TV on the weekend I'd have a pretty boring life. This is why we have MOTD on BBC showing us highlights of all the games, but a Sky Sports package is usually a must-have anyway, to watch the other important games as well.

What I find weird is your post just came up as I clicked on this thread, so great timing, desperategirl.

Arrrr...that sounds really complicated. Neither me nor my bf is IT person really. But the bf was all in a sudden very excited at the other day and said "Oh you have an extra PC don't you?! I can stream on your laptop! Mine is Mac so I can't do it!" And I gave him weird looks as I didn't know what he's talking about.

Ok so tell me again, I do have a female friend who lives in Macau, what can I do? Asking her to set up a server? And then?

I was only jesting. There's already lots of people that do this. High speed broadband and a PC is all you need usually.

Can I ask you something else actually? Since it seems that you know computer pretty well and according to the bf you're a computer programmer? So the bf thinks that someone he knows hacked his computer (and he said he knows this because then they talked to him about something that they'd only know by going through his computer). How easy is it to do that? I mean they never physically touched his computer, probably just knew his email address and phone number.

Just asked him, he said he never watched animal porn (but he does openly watch average porn from time to time though). His analysis is that those people figured out his IP address through emails he sent and then hacked his computer.
 
Still can't figure out if this is real or not.
