*** Emirates Marketing Project Vs TOTTENHAM HOTSPUR *** OMT

Totally. Possibly one of my top nights at a live game, ranks alongside Inter Milan at the Lane

Weirdly City have provided 3 of my all-time favourite moments as a Spurs fan

Obviously that night is one, the FA Cup Final 1981 and that 7min spell at the Lane when we won 3-1 a few years back.
Wouldnt it be great if the lads could provide me with a 4th major highlight this afternoon.

As we type I have just remembered that League Cup win there about 6years ago, memory is a bit sketchy but IIRC think Defoe got sent off early, Berbatov excelled at the lone striker and Steed got the winner?

Not forgetting our 3-0 win against them in December 2009 and Mark Hughes getting sacked 3 days later. I was lucky enough to be in the stands for that one.

I think it was Zokora that got sent off but that performance from Berbatov was incredible !!

Yep, have fond memories of that game. I expected us to lose, but we performed brilliantly and went on to win the trophy. What a fantastic Cup run that was.

Great memories of the 1-0 at City, was running round the pub in sheer joy and relief, amazing that Crouch scored two of our most iconic goals and still was unfairly ****ged off by many Spurs fans. Actually, come to think of it not amazing at all, par for the course for many of our 'supporters'.

Almost forgot that match, was that the one when Robinho just didnt want to know because it was cold?

It might be easier to notice when Navas is one on one against Rose today, you might want to watch where Mason is.

It's not just Mason or Capoue ... The front three of Lamela, Chadli and Eriksen need to help the full-backs better than they did against the Goons . I don't think people realise, just how over worked but fantastic, both Naughton and Rose were that day. Fortunately for us, the Goons were inept when they found themselves in advantageous situations .

I think most people are of the opinion that if we go with that same team again and if we perform similar or better, then we will come away from the Eithad with something. But I'd be dissapointed if Poch does not try something else when all our front four players have been away on international duty . I'd like to see Dembele or Stambouli be an extra midfielder alongside Mason and Capoue .

I'm guessing the internationals has had some say, but a chance for people to earn their spot.

woo hoo, Solly starts!

Can see how this one will go though........

Rarely gets a start.....when he does its against the champions (away).....lets beat him with a stick when it goes horribly wrong and he has barely had a touch (a bit like lamela being chucked in against them last year)
