The problem is, its also feeds a cynical political narrative that they are all at it in their own way. I get there are levels but its fairly damaging when you are going for an offence of "the offer guy is criminal trash"

Unfortunately the he is worse than thee side of it just makes it all abit meh
 
Trump has been involved in civil lawsuits his entire life so knows them inside out. A jury trial was his only way out from under this. Something else is going on here. Not ticking the jury trial checkbox is a play of some sort, not a mistake IMHO.

There are no 'moderates' that would get sufficient votes. Not even close. Arguably there have been no so called moderate republicans for many years, but now without question the baseline to be even in the picture is full maga lunacy and this guy ticks all the boxes and then some. This guy is extremely dangerous.
