@StephenH i don't know what's happened in the last day or so re Aluko; can you tell me what's your big problem with her?

Same question to you @Grays_1890

She has gone out on attack saying that togetherness is just a hashtag the players use for England and that they have not called her and they should not have celebrated with Sampson when they scored in his last game etc.

basically she won her battle with the FA and Sampson but is attacking the players for not texting her in support etc

I think he is and also has the potential to develop. Hart is at the peak of his crapness

England will never win anything with this clown between the sticks. How many has he shipped so far? Check him out, his positioning is crap, his anticipation is crap and he is too slow to get down. He is crap, crap, crap. Did I say he was crap! Pickford is so over rated it isn't funny. For me Butland has been the most consistent English keeper.

Butland is our best keeper

He was going to be..... but never fulfilled his potential. Too many injuries, not at a top club.
Got a lot of pundits on his side a some years back but has not got close to being a regular for England.

Pickford deserves a crack, Hart is on his way out......

Outside the first 11 the England team is fudging shocking.

Gomez, Stones, Maguire, Loftus-Cheek, Livermore, Abraham,.Vardy - they would all get absolutely humiliated in the World Cup.

Kane and Vardy pretty much bookend the scope of football talent, yet one is seen as a replacement for the other.

Some good permanence from a few.
Maguire my MOM.
Very young squad, overall better than I expected.

I've not seen enough of Gomez to make a judgement but I think Stones, Maguire, Loftus-Cheek and Abrahams could all develop into good internationals, don't think they'll be ready for WC finals, but I didn't think Ball, Stiles, Peters, Hurst or Hunt were.

Imho she is using the racism accusation to promote her post football political ambitions.
Far play to her it’s working!

Just FYI http://www.bbc.co.uk/sport/football/41918899
This Is not any big deal in its self just more.......
I think had the FA not tried to whitewash the issue and done a proper investigation themselves and not tried to sweep everything under the carpet then this may have faded by now (aluko herself said she wanted to settle before any of this came out in public) . The FA, like always, made a shambles of it.

That said... I’m not sure what Aluko gets out of this latest article other than taking a dig at a few team mates who clearly threw their hats in the Sampson camp.

On the England thing.
These two friendlies are a great example of the real problems in the FA, they are out of date as an organisation.
Friendlies should not be taking place at this time of the season, it just a money making exercise for the FA.

I dont think there is any other option, the International dates are set by FIFA when they set international weeks at the beginning of the season. Of course England dont have to play a match but its a period in which all international teams are free to play each other with no club commitments.

and England set up 2 glamour friendlies that will make them a minimum of £10m per game

The big “issue” was Aluko was dropped from the team and she wasn’t having it!
The FA have many faults as we all know they need new blood and management systems desperately or they will stagger from one crisis to another.
But the hysteria regarding ‘anything’ that is currently gripping the media/www/tacoterspere is a goldmine for anybody looking to publicise their grievances. The dinosaurs at the FA where such an easy target for the bright Ms Aluko. £100k, a brick storm and now a seat at the FA’s pending racism committee later.......result.

Great footballing centre back
Pity he didn’t have the balls to fight for his place with us
The irony is he may have thought he'd have to fight for a place, when if he had joined, he may well have slotted in right from the off, like Sanchez has.

The instant full on use of Sanchez has surprised most of us.

And a pleasant surprise it is :)

HE did
But turned us down this summer as he said he didn’t want the competition for places

I think that this will be an ongoing situation. Can’t see many opening/gaps in the squad.
Other than a flair player upfront maybe. But they would not be required IF Lamela does get back to fitness!
