The likelihood of that happening is minimal IMO. Anyway, Brazil are up against a rather **** Cameroon and it's just a bit of speculation.

The head to head bit looks more complex as I think it accounts for more than two teams. Don't know if we could still have lots in this tournament but if we did it might shut up those people who say penalties are a cruel way to go
