If I were a manager, I don't know that I'd want to hand over to the DOF too much -- you'd have to be absolutely aligned and Ange and Paratici might not be there yet. What if Paratici says something about Dier or Lloris that is at odds with Ange, and then he has to face that in the dressing room?
