Victimpool FC - Klopp leaving, grown men crying

It's taken me more than 15 minutes to eat one piece of breakfast toast. My coffee's cold now. I'm not havin' that. Bang out of order.

It's a cruel and vindictive piece of cultural assassination and it's hilarious. I'll starve to death if I keep watching.

And you were MILES offside.

Unfortunately it is now set up for ITV to w#nk over another glorious European night as Liverpool just need to win at home to Basel to qualify.
I know it wont be straightforward but you just know Gerrard will bag a late penalty to see them scrape through and kick-start the c@cksucking

According to Rodgers, they are right where he wanted them to be going into the last group game.

:-k

In 3rd place on 4 points?

Liverpool boss Brendan Rodgers, speaking to Sky Sports: "To go a goal behind so early on you really need a team that is together and I think the character of the team came out.

"We spoke before the game that this needs to be the night to change our season and for that we needed to show the character in our team. We are disappointed with the goal we conceded in the end but is irrelevant, we need to beat Basel in the final game."

More from Brendan Rodgers: "We showed wonderful resilience and scored two good goals.

"I picked players I know what they are capable of. In time the new players will adapt to how we work. This is a real confidence boost for us, because Ludogorets are a really difficult team to play against."

Lambert: "We have answered some of our critics about Sunday against Crystal Palace. It was about the win and we almost got it. Now we have to go for an even better performance on Saturday."

Liverpool and it's fans are synonymous with the COC, having won it more than any other club.
I've a feeling you'll do well in this competition and we'll see Gerrard lifting the COC above his head come March.

:ross:

Ah, almost!

They should be glad they're in group with Real M who don't give away any points, or else they'd be proper f'ed - like zé Germans.

They will beat Basel and then get absolutely pasted in the knockouts. Wouldn't want them dropping into the EL

They began this round with a win over Legendary Ludogorets at Anfield on a late, dodgy penalty call.

Fully expect it will end in similar fashion.

Bruce Grobbelaar now saying Rodgers could be gone in three weeks. Their next trio of league games is Stoke, @ Leicester and Sunderland, then they get Basle. At this rate, they'll do well to earn draws in their first two games. Anything less than a win over Sunderland at that point and the flames will be roaring.

Big question will be: Who takes over as Charlotte's Searle's beau?
