My worry with younger players is that a lot seem to be dying through as quite delicate flowers and don’t react well to criticism

I’d prefer right now to get more 20 somethings with a point to prove or younger ones who have stepped up but need to step up again

Some good players amongst that lot to be fair. Although the list doesn’t account for contracts where clubs have extension options (I.e. some of those aren’t out of contract this summer)

You don't need world class players to be a world class team! If you have a system that suits the players, a team of average players can be a world class team.
