Perhaps, but plenty on here said that we had a top 4 squad which was being held back by the manager. Little evidence of that today - Leeds look like they want it more and their players look superior in every department.
So much for 3rd manager lucky… hopefully stadiums can host full capacity crowds next season, so Levy can afford to furnish it with some better quality furniture.

Having previously played the team which has been joint-quickest relegated in PL history and another which is bottom of the PL form table.

Came up against an average team today and fell short.

An average team... that has plenty of scalps this season - now is not the time to try and make this point mate

Worse case a manager with no experience whatsoever is doing a similar job...

Was always going to be a tough ask. We were in the mix. We might have got lucky and got the second ourselves. But we need a compact midfield who can make it hard for teams to play through. We were totally open down the wings.

In hindsight it was a mistake trying to go attack vs attack against these. They have better movement and are better drilled. Low block and hit on break was probably the way to go. But that wouldn’t have suited many.
They are very well drilled..
Anyway where do we go from here???

He looks good because the overall standard of players isn't great. Great mentality and sprirt, but always a limited player by World class standards
fudging Hojbjerg gets the ball there in an acre of space. 3-1 down with a minute to go. Doesn't even attempt to do anything and passes back to Lloris. That's cowardly. Just a small thing but another sign of what a crowd of bottling clams we have in the team. And he's supposed to be one of the better ones.

I seriously can’t believe anyone still would be trying to argue a lot of the players aren’t the issue here. This is what you get when you have a large number of players who have been here for a long period, regardless of quality. You get too comfortable and are no longer as highly motivated. This squad needs a big refresh, even if getting rid of one or two of the ‘big’ players. In the PL you need a team with hunger as much as you do quality....
