Have been thinking that someone who could play both CB and full back would be a really good fit. With the three centre backs already here a pure CB may struggle for minutes.

Difficult profile to find. CB and Ange style inverted full back. He may be one though.

Seems very highly rated, will be others after him. Perhaps not impossible though.

Under Conte and Mourinho our defense was still pretty terrible for extended periods and not due to playing such a high line and overloading the attack as we do now. We generally did the opposite and were still incredibly open. The organisation was just poor and Hojberg played a big part in that. As mentioned his positional awareness is poor.

I thought he was one of the better players in those setups.

Partly because a defensive formation plays to his strengths and doesnt expose his weaknesses attacking. To be fair to PEH he has developed his offensive game a little. Given time on the ball he’s fine passing and even shooting. But without time to line up a pass he becomes a huge liability. He can’t play on instinct.
