Remember teams will drop down from the el (and cl qualifiers i think).
 
What ever happens it will end in tears and recriminations, most postings will suggest playing weakened teams in the certain knowledge they will win and go ballistic when they fail or struggle, I've no problem with a second team playing but not with mix and match opition. I cant face an other season of multi changed teams, take a leaf from the British lions and stick with a midweek team and a test (league) team.
 
25 fudging players and people think we don't have the depth to play a set of 3rd tier teams and people talk about our team not having bottle ..

We need to mix and match, but we need build pairs, e.g. CB or FB pairs, CM, Striking. This is something we failed to do previously.

I think people are vastly over rating the teams in this.
