The Incorrect Decisions thread

Worst decision I saw last season was Chelsea getting a penalty against Norwich for a decent challenge 2yards outside the box. Completely against the run of play.
3 points that AVBs side didn't deserve.

Defoe was in the box when brought down, so it was a penalty.
Holt was offside (and interfering with play) when the ball was played in for their equaliser.
Huddlestone sending off could have gone the other way depending on the angle you view it from, both players slid in.
The only one he got right was their penalty appeal, Holt has just as much of Benny's shirt as Benny has of Holt's

Bae's shirt pulling in the box was a stonewall penalty.

THudd's sending off was highly questionable, as it was a 50/50 and thudd won, both players follow through carried them into each other.

It's the look and the reaction of whichever Norwich player. Could have been a foul either way but Hudd didn't make a dangerous challenge, definitely not warranting an instant straight red.

I thought Halsey was poor all game, constantly in the way of play.

Agree with former, was blatant. The lattershould be rescinded. If that is a red card than this will be a record year for them.

And what is it with Chelsea and us??

The Gomes goal that wasn't over the line, the offside 'winner' in the same game iirc, the ghost goal at Wembley... I'm sure there are more just between us and them.

Robbie Keane definite pen. Would have made it 1-1, instead they go straight up the other end and make it 2-0.

Yup, BAE on Morrison was blatantly a pen but Hudd was very unlucky to get a red for a slightly mistimed 50/50 when it was his trailing leg which caught the Norwich player.

Disagree that BAE was a blatant pen, both players were pulling each others shirts (a lot of that from Norwich yesterday which went unpunished too) so what do you do when both players are fouling each other?

We were lucky for a pen not to be given, but thats different from saying the decision was actually incorrect.

Both players were pulling shirts yes. But which player pulled the other to the ground?

see in a paper over the weekend that a linesman has fallen out with mike rilley head of the referees association and been struck off.

funny enough involves decisions the lino gave against chelsea.

funny that.

Welbeck's dive was clearly an incorrect decision in favour of United today. Any other blatant ones anyone picked up on?

Just seen that. What a joke and a terrible dive! United players don't even have to be good at diving to win penalties at Old Trafford!

And that's two dives for Welbeck in one week. Should have got booked for diving for England against Ukraine.
