Yeah it's been wicked, like a slimmed down 10 day Ibiza, about 70 scheduled events taking place ranging between 20 and 45 USD - so pretty cheap really and a few secret shows thrown in as well.

Best event though was outside of BPM funnily enough, on NYE - Flying Circus with mandy tiefswarz audiofly and pachanga boys - sickest party ive ever been to!

Flying home later today :(

Mexico rules right? Wait til you get time in Mexico City one day...

it's actually the second time i have been to Mexico Steff - last time was part of a big latin america trip and i was in Mexico for a couple of months (mas o menos ;) ) spending a week in Mexico City, a week in Oaxaca a couple on the pacific coast, a couple on the Caribbean and some time in the rain forest area central/south (palenque) - an amazing country, hopefully will be able to go back and see a lot more of it. Playa del Carmen isn't what you'd call your typical Mexican town - very touristic, panders to the americans a lot and relatively expensive, but still fairly small and you can avoid the 'worst' of it - my mate is fluent in Spanish so that helped us with not sticking out as your typical gringos

D.F im sure you mean ;) - yeah, bit of a fan of huge cities and they don't come much bigger than there. was there around the time of Day of the Dead, so it was interesting to see all that going on - saw a game at the Azteca/Lucho Libre/hit the Zona Rosa/the Aztec pyramid site and just general ambling around taking it all in

Yes yes, done all those, fantastic stuff…managed to hang at the pyramids after they shut and it was superb!

wicked, we done a similar thing at Tikal in Guatemala - quite the experience

Indeed…one other thing we did at the pyramids in Mexico City was get a private trip into the center of the Pyramid of the Sun via one of the smallest, most claustrophobic tunnels ever! Bizarre! Not been to Guatemala, want to for sure...
