Both the goons and the dippers think they're in a fight with us for 4th as Chelsea will take 3rd. It's gonna take something special for either of them to catch us. Keep winning our home games and the Top 4 is unlikely to change much.

Saudi Sportswashing Machine for 5th please.

This version of the table makes me far happier... Yet i have no idea why... apart from how well we are doing on it, i guess...

Just wish we had the 2 points from the Wolves game. being 3 pts behind the top at this stage would be immense.

Then by the same right, it would've been nice to have the 3 points from Stoke game. Then we'd be joint top

But if my aunty had balls...

There seems to be a large gap between us and those other London clubs. They really should mind it.

Also, very funny that they are closer to Norwich then they are to us :ross:

Next round:

Liverpool v Everton
Arsenal v Tottenham Hotspur
Chelsea v Bolton Wanderers
Saudi Sportswashing Machine v Wolverhampton Wanderers
Queens Park Rangers v Fulham
Stoke City v Swansea City
West Bromwich Albion v Sunderland
Wigan Athletic v Aston Villa
Emirates Marketing Project v Blackburn Rovers
Norwich City v Manchester United

Relatively easy matches for most of the top 7. Hopefully Everton can keep their run going and someone spring a surprise.

Really? Us, scum and Liverpool have our derbies so they are rock hard. Away to Norwich will not be easy for United, and Blackburn have been a strange team against the bigger sides, with freedom to play they can get goals, so City have to be wary. Wolves always dig in and fight, so for me the only easy game is Chelsea v Bolton.
Which means all the top teams will win their various games, and Bolton will beat Chelsea 8-[

We still have hard away games to play. Chelsea, Arsenal, everton, Sunderland, Villa..

Third best away record in the league anyway:

The only one of those games I am really worried about is Sunderland, we always do badly in the NE. Villa Park is alright for us, Goodison will probably be a draw. Arsenal are nowhere near the side they once were and wil not be looking forward to that game, and we are due a win at Stamford Bridge.

For us to lost third we need to lose three games over and above whatever will be "the norm" for the end of season run in. And Chelsea and/or Arsenal they need to get together what amounts to title-winning form for the final 14 games.

To put those two in perspective - we have just hammered the team one point behind them 5-0.
