Richarlison

We don’t need another Kane though, we can share his attributes around. We need a striker who can hit 20 goals in a season, nothing more. The link up play, creativity etc can come from wide and the #10. While having a player of Kane’s quality undoubtedly helps, it’s not the be all and end all.

The day any team doesn't need a player like Kane there will be no football.

You misunderstood my point, there are hundreds of teams yet over the last 20 years you can count the number of players with his skill set on 1 hand. But that’s ok, as there are other ways to get those skills onto the pitch by spreading those skills over several players.

You make sound so simple, the evidence of our decline demonstrate that it's not that easy to do.

Whats easier, trying to recreate Kane or being able to sign a player with all of his talents?

OR;

find a striker who can reach 20 goals a season
find some wide forwards/#10 who can play deeper with creativity

I would say recreating an other Kane is virtually impossible, as are signing anyone with his talents because we couldn't afford them and any club who had him would be crazy to sell him, the chances of doing the other two are slightly better but could be the same if we are relegated.
My original point was my thoughts on the way Kane's career here is questioned by our own supporters since he left. We benefited from the best years of his career, he dug us out of plenty of holes and papered over cracks in the team, cost us nothing and we recieved a decent fee from his sale. He wanted to win something and we couldn't do it and i feel he's aware he was part of that failure. I prefer to remember all the wonderful things he did for us and not try to pick holes in his time here.
