To be honest I'm with you all the way, this inverted snobbery by some Park Lane inhabitants makes me smile. They act is if they're some sort of chosen ones and the only true fans, I have news for them, when I got my season ticket there were loads spare on the Park Lane, so there's quite a few die hard supporters that weren't going up the Park Lane when we were brick, not that they'd admit it on here.
So does this mean I won't be getting any more PMs asking to borrow my season ticket if I'm not using it?

Horses for courses. 95% of the time i sit in the PL but over the last 5 years have sat everywhere except the West Lower.
I know LOADS of die-hard Yids that sit in th Paxton but it is the family stand & therefore it is always going to be the case that the atmosphere is going to be a bit tamer. However, i also agree that the PL is not holding its end up these days but for whatever reason it is just a fact of life that the 16-30yr old working class males that made up by far and away the vast majority of fans there for many many years have gradually been watered down over the years.
Thats why despite plenty of fellas of my generation considering things like the 1882 movement a bit 'muggy' i am all for it. Luckily it seems that club are being quite cooperative with them as well. Block 30 for me vs Cov.

T'was on a previous board so all evidence is now gone, you'll have to take my word for it.
Unless of course there was another Roy with a number in his name who had to give up his season ticket due to work commitments when he started running a betting shop.
