I still think it's the defence that's the issue, they can't close a game out. Commentators said we've dropped 9 points in the last 10 minutes now, they can't hold the line together. Yes we have sat back but we haven't been carved open numerous times in these games - it's lack of concentration again and again.

Interesting this notion of control that has gotten us 0 wins in 5 matches. Relying on the opposition being toothless (Arsenal) is not a viable proposition for 38 games. Sitting on a one goal lead just requires a single solitary mistake and all the good work is undone. Jose knows that yet still sets up with cowardly intentions.

The draw is solely on him.

It's a tough one, because the other alternative is "the best form of defence is attack" which runs with even more risk.

We defended that game for 90 minutes, looks like control to me, if not you.

We really don’t have great attacking options out side Kane and Son, our squad on the whole is Europa league level

Moura/SB/Lamela/Lo Celso/Bale are all meh, with 2 of them unable to get fit enough to play more than a handful of games.

At the other end of the pitch we'll give teams plenty of chances and so it's a law of averages that eventually after 9 corners one of them will lead to a goal for Wolves. This is what I don't get - how much of a goddamn fool is this guy? We have great attackers, and absolutely bang-average defenders. Why sit back on a 1-0 lead and giving every opponent about 50 chances to put the ball into the box, with the likes of Dier and Davies hanging around - and with Lloris rooted to his line like he's goddamn handcuffed to the post?

Something's wrong, either with him, or with his inability to tell the players what to do. Either way, it stinks of cowardice.

Yup, much like Dier could’ve had a free-kick at Clanfield the other week after getting barged by Henderson but those fine margins are why LiVARpool sit top of the league whilst we look deflated.

Europa league level!? Most of this squad played a CL final mate. How revisionist can you be.
