I feel sorry for AVB. He has overcomplicated the tactics and management in general. Football is simple and yes it is as simple as 'run around'
 
Seriously, just get him out now , don't let him waste anymore time. Not sure who'd be best to come in though. I'd take a punt on hoddle, as caretaker at least til end if season.
 
I hate to admit it, but it appears that AVB was right about Dawson initially. The game has passed him by! He may still have a role to play against "lesser" teams, but he has been stripped bare, and annihilated as a footballer today. Shame, I love him to bits, but I don't think he can be a starter anymore.

Paulinho looks jaded, and should be given a month off. If Sandro have to cover for him in more games, we will probably lose Sandro for some time as well. And he is more important!

This game is lost, and no glory can be salvaged. However, if this can shake AVB a bit out of his comfortzone and actually force him to evaluate how we play, I'd be able to say that some good has come from it.
 
On the upside, even if we lose by 10 goals today it will still not be as embarrassing as losing 0-3 at home to Wet Spam!
