Yeah but the purchases have been woeful for a lot of it. N'Dombele, Lo Celso and Sessegnon set the tone. Richarlison cost £60m didn't he? Tel was £40-50m? Romero and VDV massively overrated and barely manage half a season fitness wise. Udogie constantly injured. Bissouma - woeful. Unprofessional too. Mentality way off. I could go on....Solanke average and injury prone. Spent a fortune on kids like Bergvall, Gray etc that are just not ready.

I'm not sure what I'm missing, we were awful.

Cut open at ease and zero attacking threat or movement.

Before we scored it could have been 4-0 Fulham

That was as poor as anything else this year, I'm not sure there is any positives to take other than Danso coming back and will take Dragons spot

Fair points. I was probably trying to not mentally acknowledge how bad the situation was. And still frustrated by the inconsistency of the refereeing. Feels like everything is against us at the moment and I didn’t want to add to it. But you’re right.

Jeez that’s after 2 games? Tudor may well prove to be a big mistake and he’s a huge gamble, but he’s come into a pretty dire situation - entirely due to the board not acting at least 2 months earlier. It’s hard to know who would’ve been a better choice but it does scare me that he has no previous experience in this league.
I think it is clear that he is out of his depth and the risk of keeping him is too high now imho. So yes I think while it is not too late to save us, make the call.

In fairness I don't think there were necessarily better options 2 months earlier. Tudor has had a clear run working with this team in the last 2 games but they look all over the place.

unfortunately I think Tudor had to see a little of what he has first hand. he was offered a tough start to his reign. A game against top of the table scum. Now an away game against a decent and well drilled Fulham.

What I want to see now is that he see's who is up for the fight. Implements it for Thursday and then we sit and hope. This team is crying out for having round pegs in round holes and playing at least the players who can fight.

Tell is still roostery. So we need that on the pitch. Richy will always fight. So we need that on the pitch. Gray is a quality player who is being wasted in too many positions. Dragusin is just plain bad. Danso needs to start. Sarr has fight and can get a goal. Our midfield is atrocious. Get him in. Souza is a left back who was playing in a struggling team. he knows what to do even if he is young. Its better than wasting Gray over there who is alsto very young.

---Porro ------ Danso - VDV ------ Souza
---------Sarr - Pualinha - Gray------------
----Muani--------Richy------Tel-----------

Never spend proper money on a proper player. Replaced Kane and Son with mediocre mid-price players, to add to a heady mix of loan signings and speculative punts on youngsters.

Looks about the best we could put out. But looks awful all the same

Not really. It wasn’t good. Still think it’s incredibly harsh to want Tudor out and it’d make us a laughing stock. Lose against Palace though and this farce reaches a crescendo.
We have to be harsh now. Tudor has had a clear run to prepare for these games yet we have looked awful in both. We could easily have shipped 4 goals again today. What do you see as his positives so far?

I think I will put the same effort on Thursday night as the players did today so I'm not going to bother go
Them and the club can fudge off
Mugging us off both on and off the pitch constantly
You're gone to a lot more games than me so fair play - Palace will be the first game I've gone to in a while so I'm looking forward to it aswell as slightly nervous.

Our patched up team needs all the support they can get at home games, so I'm hoping the crowd will be as positive as I'm going to be. What I'm feeling like at the final whistle might well be a different matter ....

Yep. Too often got the option down on the list too. VDV wasn't our first choice was he? And you can tell.
I`ve said it for years our recruitment has been woeful. We have got to stop spending big money on bang average journeymen. We have like the 4th highest net spend but when was the last time we spent our money on players we wanted as first choice. Lets face it Simons was 3rd choice Galagher was only bought because of the injury to Bentancur. Solanke has had 1 season when he scored lots at Bournemouth but is a bang average player. The list is endless over the last few seasons.

None mate if I’m honest. Thought Fulham could have had 4 before we scored and looked more likely to get a third than we looked likely to equalise. It was poor as was last week.

He’s not even had two weeks though. And he’s had two tough games. He loses on Thursday and I think this becomes a very real conversation but I’d give him Palace.
